Simpson Strong-Tie is an engineering design, manufacturer and distributor of structural connections. They provide wood to wood and wood to metal connections on a world wide service area.
POGUE designed the 315,000 square foot McKinney facility for Simpson Strong Tie. The site was a total of 67+/- acres of which the phase one development consisted of 27+/- acres. Included with the design was approximately 10,000 linear feet of off-site sanitary sewer main, and approximately 1,500 linear feet of design of a four lane divided thoroughfare (County Lane) per the City of McKinney standards.
