Collin County Hangers Owner's Association (CCHOA)
POGUE designed the taxilane, manuevering areas, access areas, taxiway connections, and 24 airport hangers, each approximately 4,000 square feet, for the Collin County Hangers Owner's Association. The hangars are located on a 5 acre tract of land at the City of McKinney Public Airport known as Collin County Regional Airport.
The design included: full compliance with the FAA design criteria including the design survey; platting; site plan; paving; horizonal control plan; preliminary engineering and cost estimating; grading plan; drainage, storm water, and storm sewer plans; water and sanitary sewer plan, and landscaping and irrigation specification.
